Shipping policy
Where we ship
Ironside ships to all 50 U.S. states, plus APO/FPO and PO Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Processing time
Standard sizes (12x12x1, 14x20x1, 16x20x1, 16x25x1, 20x20x1, 20x25x1, 24x24x1, 16x25x4, 20x25x4) ship within 1 business day of order.
Custom and fractional sizes are hand-crafted by our manufacturing partner and ship within 2–7 business days directly from the factory floor.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship Monday.

Times are business days from ship date. Holiday and weather delays are not within our control and may add 1–3 days.

Carriers
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground, selected automatically based on your destination and order weight. Once your filter ships, you receive a tracking link by email. Carrier swaps in transit are normal — track your package with the latest link, not the first one.
Lost or damaged packages
Damaged on arrival: Photo the box and the filter before discarding anything. Email support@getironside.com within 7 days. We replace or refund.
Marked delivered but missing: Wait 48 hours — carriers occasionally scan early. If it still hasn't arrived, email us with your order number. We file a claim and ship a replacement at no cost.
Lost in transit (no movement for 10+ business days): We replace or refund. Email us to initiate.
Signature requirements
We do not require a signature on standard residential delivery. Wholesale or high-value orders over $250 ship with adult signature required.
Address corrections
You can change your shipping address before the order ships by replying to your order confirmation. Once a label has been generated, address changes incur a carrier rerouting fee (passed through at cost, typically $15–25).
PO Boxes, APO/FPO
We ship USPS to PO Boxes and military addresses. Transit times for these destinations are extended — see the table above.
