Where we ship

Ironside ships to all 50 U.S. states, plus APO/FPO and PO Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping rates

We charge one simple flat rate based on filter depth, and it stays the same whether you order 1, 2, or 3 filters — so you can stock up without paying more to ship.

• Standard filters (1" and 2" deep): $14.95 flat.
• Deep filters (4", 5", and 6" deep): $24.95 flat. These are larger and cost more to ship.
• Bulk and oversize orders (10 lb and up): $49.95 flat (15 lb and up for deep filters: $54.95). Express is available on lighter orders only.
• Express: $39.95, available at checkout.

The same flat rate covers 1, 2, or 3 filters of the same type in one order. We do not offer free shipping.

Processing time

Standard sizes ship within 1 business day of your order. Custom and fractional sizes are made to order by our manufacturing partner and ship within 2–7 business days.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT ship the next business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday ship Monday.

Transit time

Orders ship via ground service and typically arrive within 3–8 business days after they leave our fulfillment center, depending on your distance from us. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, or your tracking shows a problem, email support@getironside.com and we’ll make it right.
